These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the Insights Hive platform

These terms do not grant access to the Insights Hive platform. Use of the platform, including all commercial terms, service levels, support, data processing and liability arrangements, is governed exclusively by the written agreement between Insights Hive LTD and the customer organisation. Where these website terms conflict with that agreement, that agreement prevails.

4. Permitted use of this website

You may view and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation purposes. You must not

• use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation;
• systematically extract content, including by scraping, for the purpose of building a competing product or database;
• reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, the Insights Hive name and logo, and the design of the site, is owned by or licensed to Insights Hive LTD and is protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these terms.

6. Information on this site

The content of this site is provided for general information about our products and services. It is not advice, and it does not form part of any contract or constitute an offer. Product descriptions and figures describe capability generally; what a specific customer receives is defined in their agreement.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice. Service commitments for the platform are set out in the customer agreement, not here.

8. Links to other sites

Where this site links to third-party sites, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.

Subject to that, we exclude liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction.
